Character Scene

The two images above are developments of my character's scene, The first black and white drawing was drawn firstly pensil and basic shapes and then developed using a black fine liner pen, this allowed me to add more detail and pick out the lines that I wanted to use from my construction lines. This was then scanned in and then digitally coloured on Photoshop using a Wacom tablet. The coloured image is the end result. 

Here I have displayed some starting designs for my building, I have referenced some of the deathwatch artwork to show destruction, age and decay within my work.

Here I have documented some images from the deathwatch artbook which I felt were very interesting and could be used for reference material when it came to designing my building. I really like the scratchy and destroyed look that these designs have and feel some similar to this would be ideal for my designs. 

Here I have displayed a enlarged version of each section of my mindmap show that I can show how I have broken down the various sections.

Here I have documented my mindmap for my initial ideas whilst designing my character's environment and vehicle. The theme of my character is very dark, savage, uncivilised and mysterious. Therefore my ideas for this area of design reflect his personality and style.
